Preconstruction

Design
Fullerton Building Systems' experienced team of design professionals are dedicated and passionate about detailing and finding solutions for some of today’s biggest industrialized construction challenges. The upfront plan review, creation of structural drawings and stamp of approval process are essential for both companies, creating a clear system that delivers modular-like building package that is ready for assembly on schedule, minimizes onsite challenges and increases speed to market.
MANUFACTURING
Throughout the manufacturing process, in-house dry construction experts ensure that the building packages are made of quality components and third-party inspectors perform vital quality checks. Fullerton also makes sure the exterior finishes are installed with updated industry standards and manufacturer specifications. The manufacturing team takes pride in producing, packaging and delivering modular-like building solutions that are built to last.

INSTALLATION
Fullerton Building Systems manufactures high-quality, finished exterior building shell packages, while also providing our general contractor partners with master site technicians and experienced subcontractor crews to construct and oversee the installation. If the general contractor partners have the capabilities to install the building shell packages themselves, only a master site technician will be sent to oversee the installation process.
